Casey Crespo graduated with a degree in Fashion Design in 2007. Since then, she has done work in fashion and costume and everything in between. She has over 10 years of experience as a Cutter/Fitter/Tailor in the film industry, making costumes for large scale productions in Atlanta, GA and Wilmington, NC such as “Stranger Things,” “Dumplin,” “Guardians of the Galaxy 2,” and Tim Burton’s “Alice in Wonderland,” just to name a few. During that time, she also had a clothing line for 4 years, specializing in activewear crossover clothing. Since moving to New York City in February of 2019, she has assumed several Assistant/Technical Designer roles that blur the boundaries between costume, dance, and fashion. Cut and sew knits has developed as Casey’s specialty and focus in the past several years. Moving forward, she hopes to offer a collection available for sale that is an interesting combination of loungewear, activewear, and lingerie elements.
